In 2024, we offered the first multiple-day gathering that we called The Revival. People coming together in a beautiful place to reconnect with themselves and everything they’re made of. The goal is leaving revitalized, and feeling strong and prepared to navigate whatever comes next. It was amazing, and will certainly not be the last offering of its kind. Stay tuned..
what we offered
a soft place to land
A place to exist exactly as you are. This is a main ingredient for all our offerings, and for The Revival it was in San Carlos, Mexico, at a beautiful house surrounded by all of the elements: Mount Tetakawi, The Sea of Cortez, the perfect breezes and sunshine to warm your soul.
rest & nourishment
Food is medicine. We provided seven days of delicious, home-cooked meals, and invited participants to slow down enough to really appreciate and enjoy the gift that each meal is.
tools + practices to take home
You already have everything you need. That is the message that we want people to leave with. All we’re doing is shining a light on the magic that exists within you. We’re reminding you how amazing each moment can be when you really show up for it.
the practices
Yoga, meditation and mindfulness. All three are intertwined, and all three are essential. You don’t need special outfits, or equipment, or prior experience to learn and practice. You just show up exactly as you are. That’s the whole point. You are perfect.
