Besides creating with rocks, something we also love is teaching yoga and meditation. Throughout the year, we offer yoga and meditation classes by donation, mala workshops, and retreats.
Yoga + Meditation
These classes include meditation, yoga, and mindfulness practices and are suitable for all ages, experience, and bodies. All meditation and yoga classes are donation-based.
The Mala
Malas are a powerful tool for beginning a meditation practice, or a perfect addition to an existing one. This workshop guides you through the steps of making your own mala, from choosing your beads and an intention to the final blessing.
Revivals
Revival: To come or bring something back to life, health or existence. This is the term we use for our retreat offerings, where the focus isn’t to escape, but to begin practices to come back home, wherever you find yourself.
